I feel like I’m writing a diary that I didn’t write every day even when I was young. Anyway, I worked out especially hard today! 1. I returned to the top of Inwangsan Mountain for lunch and went to the top of Inwangsan Mountain. It seems like it took about an hour and a half, but the number of steps was only 8,000 because it was a mountain, but I feel like my lower body is shaking. I vowed that I should take a break from today’s Kettle Bell movement to see if I can go home and exercise later while getting off the mountain. I swore I wouldn’t overdo it… I did!! Inwangsan Mountain Today, the bus on the way home from work arrived in 45 minutes, which usually takes an hour and 10 minutes. So I felt like exercising again. So I went home and rested for a while before exercising. Instead, Kettlebell’s muscle exercise program today was light. 2. On the Kettlebell muscle exercise program 30 minutes YouTube, I only followed the program time set for 30 minutes with 40 seconds of exercise 10 seconds of rest, and the movement was decided by me. If it’s troublesome to set the timer when exercising in a flurry, turning on any program and doing it in seconds seems to be really good for home training. The squats were basically centered on the lower half of the body, such as deadlift and runge. I wonder why Good Morning’s movements are so good these days, and I can continue to do it during recess. 3. Lee Ji-eun’s diet, “Two Weeks of Lower Body Routine,” is working hard with the goal of “I’ll do it every day.” I’m not sure yet whether it actually works or whether various exercises will work in combination, but there are things that can be seen anyway. The thighs are firm and the burden on the thighs is reduced! It’s an exercise that I feel like I can do if I do it steadily. It’s 19 minutes, so it’s short and easy, but it’s really hard to do it, so 10 seconds is like 100 seconds.
